Christmas Cake(Julekake)
A traditional Scandinavian Christmas bread packed with dried fruits and warm spices, perfect for holiday celebrations and enjoyed by family and friends alike.

Instructions
- Thoroughly mix the dry yeast with 1/3 of the flour and all the other ingredients.
- Heat milk with margarine over low heat until very warm (120° to 130°F).
- Add liquids to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Beat the mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed on an electric mixer.
- Add 1/2 cup of flour, then add eggs and beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the fruit and add additional flour as needed to incorporate.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Shape into 3 round loaves and let rise again.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
