- Cook, sugar, cream and vanilla until it forms a soft ball. Run remaining ingredients through a food processor or blender and then add to sugar mixture.
- Stir until stiff, then knead on board sprinkled with powdered sugar until you can mold into a roll. Make 1 or 2 rolls a little more than an inch in diameter.
- Wrap in a damp cloth separately and set away to ripen for at least 2 weeks.
- Very good!
