Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups pecans or almonds

Instructions

  1. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the egg white until frothy.
  3. Add the nuts to the egg white and toss to coat well.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the nuts and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated nuts on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and cool on foil.
