- Put 2/3 of the almond bark and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Spread half of this mixture on a wax paper-lined 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Allow to cool in the refrigerator until hard.
- Let the remaining chocolate mixture set at room temperature.
- Microwave the remaining 1/3 of almond bark for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until soft.
- Add green coloring and mint flavoring to the melted almond bark.
- Add cream gradually until the mixture is smooth enough to spread.
- Spread this mint-flavored layer over the cooled chocolate layer.
- Cool until set.
- Once cooled, bring to room temperature before cutting into pieces.
