Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 jig rum
  • 1 jig brandy
  • hot water

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs for 10 minutes, then continue beating for a total of 30 to 45 minutes.
  2. Add 1 spoon of batter, 1/2 jig rum, 1 jig brandy, and hot water to taste, then mix well.
