Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. cottage cheese
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 6 red radishes
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 4 green onions
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. real mayonnaise
  • 1 or 2 pinches white pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice all vegetable ingredients into small bits.
  2. Mix the diced vegetables with cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and white pepper.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 hours to chill.
  4. Serve on a leaf of lettuce.
