Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimento
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the lima beans until they can be broken apart.
  2. Place the lima beans in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chopped pimento and dot with butter.
  5. Pour water over the ingredients.
  6. Cover the casserole and bake at 425°F for 45 minutes.
