Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 whiskey glass of peanut oil
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 2 bottles of peanut oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs and a whiskey glass of peanut oil until nice and golden yellow.
  2. Add flour gradually, a small amount at a time, until the dough forms.
  3. Use any remaining flour for rolling out the dough.
  4. Cut a piece of dough and roll it out very thin.
  5. Make 1-inch wide strips with a ravioli cutter and fry until golden.
