Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. smoked turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 can kidney or pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c. bottled hickory smoked barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown the kielbasa and drain excess fat, then return the kielbasa to the skillet.
  2. Stir in the cooked rice, rinsed and drained beans, and barbecue sauce.
  3. Cook over medium-high heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
