Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 or 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cook meat in skillet until browned.
  2. Add onions, celery, bell pepper and tomatoes.
  3. Cook on low heat until vegetables are soft. Add macaroni and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Serves 4 to 6.
