Chunky Apple Bread

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except apples and mix well.
- Grease 1 Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
- Put in a layer of batter then a layer of apple chunks.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat 2 times.
- Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
- Freezes well.
