Chunky Apple Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, peeled and chunked
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • cinnamon and sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except apples and mix well.
  2. Grease 1 Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.
  3. Put in a layer of batter then a layer of apple chunks.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat 2 times.
  5. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
  6. Freezes well.
