Ingredients

  • 6 c. fresh spinach leaves
  • 19 oz. can canned chickpeas
  • 2 c. toasted Italian bread cubes
  • 1/2 c. Wish-Bone Healthy Sensation Chunky Blue cheese dressing
  • 6 oz. mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh spinach leaves, rinsed and drained.
  2. Add the rinsed and drained canned chickpeas to the bowl.
  3. Toss in the toasted Italian bread cubes and thinly sliced mushrooms.
  4. Drizzle the Wish-Bone Healthy Sensation Chunky Blue cheese dressing over the salad.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients until evenly coated with the dressing.
