- 1/4 lb. prosciutto ⓘ
- 1/4 lb. salami ⓘ
- 1/4 lb. ham
- celery hearts, cut in halves lengthwise ⓘ
- 2 (2 oz.) cans Progresso anchovy fillets ⓘ
- 1 large can Progresso tuna fish
- 1 (15 oz.) can Progresso artichoke hearts in brine
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Progresso capanata
- 1 jar Progresso olive condite or olive appetizer ⓘ
- 1/4 jar Progresso Tuscan peppers ⓘ
- 1 jar Progresso roasted peppers ⓘ
- 1 can Progresso giant ripe olives
- 1 jar Progresso pepper salad ⓘ
- sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Use a large round platter or Lazy Susan for presentation.
- Arrange the tuna fish in the center of the platter.
- Surround the tuna with prosciutto, salami, ham, celery hearts, anchovy fillets, artichoke hearts, capanata, olive condite, Tuscan peppers, roasted peppers, giant ripe olives, pepper salad, sliced tomatoes, and hard-cooked eggs, forming a decorative pattern.
- Serve with a cruet of pure olive oil and vinegar for individual seasoning.
