Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. prosciutto
  • 1/4 lb. salami
  • 1/4 lb. ham
  • celery hearts, cut in halves lengthwise
  • 2 (2 oz.) cans Progresso anchovy fillets
  • 1 large can Progresso tuna fish
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Progresso artichoke hearts in brine
  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Progresso capanata
  • 1 jar Progresso olive condite or olive appetizer
  • 1/4 jar Progresso Tuscan peppers
  • 1 jar Progresso roasted peppers
  • 1 can Progresso giant ripe olives
  • 1 jar Progresso pepper salad
  • sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Use a large round platter or Lazy Susan for presentation.
  2. Arrange the tuna fish in the center of the platter.
  3. Surround the tuna with prosciutto, salami, ham, celery hearts, anchovy fillets, artichoke hearts, capanata, olive condite, Tuscan peppers, roasted peppers, giant ripe olives, pepper salad, sliced tomatoes, and hard-cooked eggs, forming a decorative pattern.
  4. Serve with a cruet of pure olive oil and vinegar for individual seasoning.
