Ingredients

  • 1/2 gal. apple cider
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. whole allspice
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. cinnamon sticks
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter
  • 14 long cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan.
  2. Simmer for 1 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Strain the punch to remove spices and citrus solids.
  4. Serve steaming hot with a cinnamon stick in each glass.
