Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Dash of ground red pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro stems
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Combine olive oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, water, ginger, sugar, salt, ground red pepper, chopped cilantro stems, and garlic clove in a mini food processor. Process until smooth. Serve with grilled meats.
