Cinnamon Bubbly Rolls

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and put them in the bag, shaking well to coat.
- Spray a large tube pan with cooking spray.
- Place small pieces of butter around the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Pile the coated biscuit pieces into the pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and cinnamon, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Pour the cinnamon mixture over the biscuits in the pan.
- Bake at 350°F for approximately 35 minutes.
- Invert the pan onto a large serving platter to serve.
