Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Press the mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
