Cinnamon Crunches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. cereal (such as wheat or oat squares)
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. dried apples

Instructions

  1. Put butter in a medium size casserole and microwave on High for 1 minute or until melted.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
  3. Add cereal to melted butter and stir until coated.
  4. Then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over cereal and stir again carefully. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in the raisins and apples.
  6. Let cool.
