Cinnamon Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. arrowroot
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan on low heat.
  2. Blend in arrowroot. Remove from heat and add water, mustard, cinnamon, sugar, lemon juice and raisins.
  3. Heat to a boil; stir constantly for 1 minute. Spoon over ham in baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
  5. Serves 4.
