- Preheat your oven and prepare two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans by greasing them lightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add the oil, well-beaten eggs, and hot water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
- Allow the dough to rise again in the pans until it reaches the top, about 30-45 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
