Cinnamon-Nut Cookies

Instructions
- Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk.
- Blend flour and cinnamon. Stir into mix.
- Pat into 10 x 15-inch greased pan.
- Beat water and egg white until frothy.
- Brush over dough in pan.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut into small 1 x 3-inch bars.
- Makes 50 cookies.
