Cinnamon Quickies

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves thin white sandwich bread
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • butter, melted
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut crust off bread.
  2. Flatten bread with a rolling pin. Spread each piece with a light layer of cream cheese.
  3. Roll slices of bread tightly.
  4. Cut rolls into quarters.
  5. Prepare a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Dip each roll into melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon and sugar mix.
  7. Place rolls on a cookie sheet and freeze.
  8. When rolls are frozen, store in plastic baggies.
  9. When ready to serve, place rolls on a cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 350° until rolls are bubbly and puffy.
