- Stir the cake mix, warm water, yeast, and flour together. Cover and let rise for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough into a 12 x 18-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
- Melt the butter and spread it evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the buttered surface.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 1.5 to 2-inch thick pieces.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet or dish with space between each roll.
- Cover and let rise for another 2 hours or overnight.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over the warm rolls after baking.
