Ingredients

  • 2 c. walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. egg white
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Mix walnuts with egg white until well coated and sticky to the touch.
  3. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the coated walnuts and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the walnuts on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  6. Allow the walnuts to cool.
  7. Store in a tightly covered container.
