Ingredients

  • 15 oz. pineapple chunks
  • 11 oz. mandarin oranges
  • 1 3/4 cups creamed cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. orange Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges thoroughly.
  2. Blend the creamed cottage cheese with the dry orange Jell-O until smooth.
  3. Add the drained fruits to the cottage cheese and Jell-O mixture.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
