- In a medium-sized bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, flaked coconut, 3 tablespoons of strawberry gelatin, ground blanched almonds, almond extract, and enough red food coloring to tint the mixture a strawberry shade.
- Form small amounts (about 1/2 tablespoon) of the mixture into strawberry shapes.
- Sprinkle remaining gelatin into a flat dish.
- Roll each strawberry in the gelatin to coat.
- Place the coated strawberries on waxed paper and refrigerate.
