Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. halibut or salmon steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except fish steaks, to make the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over the fish steaks.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Remove the fish from the refrigerator and reserve the marinade.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Place the fish steaks on the grill about 4 inches from the heat source.
  7. Grill the fish, turning once, and brushing 2 to 3 times with the reserved marinade.
  8. Cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 4-5 minutes per side.
