Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with green peppers and onion
  • 1/2 cup half and half or milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen imitation crab, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 bay leaf
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and flavors are blended.
  3. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
