Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 6 oz shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the 9-inch pie crust for 5 minutes.
  2. Sauté diced carrots, diced celery, and diced onion in margarine; add allspice.
  3. In a bowl, combine milk, Egg Beaters, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Layer the sautéed vegetables and cooked shrimp into the prebaked pie crust.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables and shrimp.
  6. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until set and golden.
