Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. gelatin
  • 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1/3 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 2 c. low-fat whipped topping
  • 4 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water.
  2. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and grated lemon rind.
  4. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  5. Beat until fluffy.
  6. Fold in whipped topping and beaten egg whites.
  7. Chill before serving.
