Citrus Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. orange rind, grated
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, salt and flour.
  2. Beat eggs until foamy.
  3. Blend eggs, syrup, orange juice, rind and pecans into dry ingredients. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
