Clams Linguini

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cans clams and juice
  • linguini
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add lemon juice and pepper.
  2. Stir in clams and juice.
  3. Simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Add 3 tablespoons chopped parsley; serve over hot linguini.
  5. One can shrimp and some tiny scallops may be added with clams, if desired.
