Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) chicken breast (skinless)
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 box Pepperidge Farm Classic chicken stuffing
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Instructions

  1. In one bowl, mix sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder.
  2. In a second bowl, prepare the stuffing mixture according to the package instructions.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the sour cream mixture.
  4. Roll the coated chicken in the bread stuffing to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated chicken breasts in a casserole dish side by side.
  6. Pour the melted butter evenly over the top of the chicken.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour until cooked through and golden.
  8. Note: Adjust cooking time as needed to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
