Classic Chipotle Steak
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 cup lime juice or 1/2 cup orange juice ⓘ
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small onion, finely chopped ⓘ
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo, chopped ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, minced ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon ⓘ
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except steak. Set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce.
- Place steak in a resealable plastic bag. Pour remaining sauce over steak, seal bag, then turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 13 to 16 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with the reserved 1/4 cup of sauce.
