Ingredients

  • 2 cups KRAFT Light Classic Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing
  • 1 cup KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese - Full Moisture
  • 2-1/4 gal. romaine lettuce, torn
  • 2 qt. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, sliced
  • 2 qt. grape tomatoes
  • 1 qt. cucumbers, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing and cheese until well blended.
  2. Toss lettuce with chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers in large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture just before serving; mix lightly.
