Classic Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 whole Head Of Iceberg Lettuce, Outer Leaves Removed, Quartered.
  • 4 whole Slices Of Thick Cut Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1/3 cups Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1/2 whole Roma Tomato, Seeds Removed, Diced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt To Taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by rinsing your lettuce with cold water. If you have a salad spinner, use it, but be gentle as you want the wedges to stay together. Once you have removed the water, place on a plate, and place in the refrigerator to get the lettuce nice and cold.
  2. Once you have the other ingredients ready, and trust me, this is such an easy, throw together salad . . . Get the cold wedges on a plate, drizzle generously with the dressing, place the crumbled cheese and bacon all over, and top with the tomatoes. Salt & pepper to taste.
  3. A great salad that can stand on its own, but it's an even better salad served with a burger or steak.
