Ingredients

  • 1 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small box lime Jell-O
  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve Jell-O with boiling water.
  2. Add all ingredients; mix well.
  3. Put into jello mold and refrigerate.
