Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, and instant pudding until the batter is thick.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the batter.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter and cinnamon sugar mixture.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
