Instructions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat the egg yolks and whites separately.
- Combine egg yolks, milk and butter.
- Mix with dry ingredients, stirring only until the batter is smooth.
- Fold in beaten egg whites.
- Bake in a hot waffle iron until steaming has almost stopped.
- Serve with syrup and bacon or sausage!
