Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coco wheats
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup nutmeats

Instructions

  1. Soak coco wheats in milk for 3 minutes.
  2. Combine Bisquick, brown sugar, and nutmeats in a bowl.
  3. Add the soaked coco wheats to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is moistened.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until done.
