Ingredients

  • 4 oz. frozen egg product, thawed
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch.
  2. Stir in the evaporated skim milk.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
  5. Remove from heat and serve, optionally garnished with fresh fruit such as strawberries.
