  • 1 cup thickened milk
  • sugar to taste
  • few drops vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into cubes.
  2. Dip the bread cubes in thickened milk mixed with sugar and vanilla essence.
  3. Roll the dipped bread cubes in grated coconut.
  4. Bake in a slow oven until the coconut is light golden brown.
