Coconut Creams

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese cake frosting
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese frosting and cream cheese in large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until blended.
  3. Add confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until thoroughly blended after each addition. Place large sheet of waxed paper on work surface.
  4. Pour coconut on waxed paper.
  5. Form level 1/2 tablespoonfuls of candy into balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
  6. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
  7. Yields 3 pounds of candy.
