- Combine cream cheese frosting and cream cheese in large mixing bowl.
- Stir until blended.
- Add confectioners sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until thoroughly blended after each addition. Place large sheet of waxed paper on work surface.
- Pour coconut on waxed paper.
- Form level 1/2 tablespoonfuls of candy into balls. Roll each ball in coconut.
- Store in covered container in refrigerator.
- Yields 3 pounds of candy.
