- 1. In medium bowl mix London Boil, Soy Sauce, Sherry, Cornstarch, Garlic Powder, and Sugar.
- Set aside. 2. Cut onion and peppers in thin slices.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until vegetables are tender crisp.
- About 2 minutes.
- Remove and set aside vegtables. 3. In same skillet over high heat add 3-4 tablespoons salad oil.
- Cook mixture stirring quickly.
- When it starts to thicken add water.
- When it is almost done add vegetables.
- Serve in Pita bread.
