Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sweet milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup coconut (split into two 1/2 cup units)

Instructions

  1. Mix sweet milk, granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup coconut; simmer for 1 minute.
  2. Punch holes in the cake and pour the hot mixture over the cake.
  3. Mix 1/2 cup coconut with Cool Whip and ice the cake with this mixture.
  4. Keep refrigerated. Use within several days.
