Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup dry oatmeal
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Cream butter; add sugars, beaten egg, and vanilla.
  2. Sift together dry ingredients and add to the creamed mixture.
  3. Add cornflakes, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts to the mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.
