Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup frozen green beans
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet, add pepper flakes.
  2. Saute green beans until cooked.
  3. Add coconut, saute until heated (be careful not to brown).
