Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen coconut
  • 1 small (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen coconut and place between paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
  2. Mix the coconut with sour cream and sugar until well combined.
  3. Poke small holes in the cake before icing.
  4. Spread the coconut icing evenly over the cake.
