Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white syrup
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut, chopped nuts, and Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat sugar and white syrup until combined and warm.
  3. Stir in smooth peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the coconut, nuts, and cereal mixture.
  5. Mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper or a baking sheet to set.
  7. Allow to cool and firm before serving.
