Coconut Macarooons

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 can coconut

Instructions

  1. beat egg whites until stiff. add salt and sugar.
  2. beat again
  3. then add chocolate, vanilla and coconut.
  4. drop on greased cookie sheet
  5. bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
